Odeza is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with a healthcare consultant background who possesses in-depth knowledge of the revenue cycle continuum. This individual must have prior, hands-on responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and directing new business processes at a health system. In addition to strong client management skills, this candidate should possess a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver measurable performance outcomes. An ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, can approach problem-solving challenges independently, has a strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving the healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of Odeza’s solutions, serving as the primary business contact for clients and ensuring satisfaction
  • Work directly with clients to document existing operational processes, and gather requirements needed to build product configurations for business rules, workflows, and data mappings
  • Document and communicate project accomplishments, next steps, risks, and issues to client teams
  • Assist in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts by helping test, and responding quickly to issues that arise as a result of testing
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Odeza’s solutions, processes & procedures, and healthcare domain
  • Help update and improve the Odeza technology implementation methodology as a whole, and contribute to Odeza’s organizational objectives
  • Manage and track all project tasks using PM tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an implementation, customer success, or operational consulting role
  • Experienced in project management (e.g., lead meetings, draft status reports, develop/manage project plans, track issues, identify risks, develop/monitor resource plans, etc.)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
  • General understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), including patient access, registration/admission, and patient financial services
  • Experience building relationships and managing client relationships
  • Keen attention to detail, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Strong social awareness and an outgoing, positive attitude
  • Skilled at listening and at sending clear, convincing, and well-tuned messages (both verbal and written)
  • Coachable, hungry for feedback, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical day-to-day production operations of Odeza’s technology solutions, ensuring the highest quality customer experience
  • Ticketing management using customer service software
  • Collaborate with internal account managers to prioritize client requests, understand timelines, pinpoint areas of risk, and define the technical requirements for achieving business objectives
  • Perform extensive pre-production testing for all technical improvements/additions prior to deploying into the production environment
  • Regularly communicate operational performance and issues to internal stakeholder groups, as well as our customers
  • Monitor data integration processes and maintain system data health for all Odeza clients
  • Monitor release management processes and policies relating to database implementation and support planning
  • Tracking of metrics to help develop a trend analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of system support and operations
  • Update product configurations for business rules, workflow, and data mapping using internal tools
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, such as automating manual processes that minimize errors and promote scalability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, MIS, Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technology support or implementation role
  • Experience working with open source software and tools
  • Excellent knowledge of database configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
